British Parliamentary Competition

The BP Competition is an exciting opportunity to compete in a distinct style of debating, and gain experience in public speaking and critical thinking. You can also take this unique chance to engage in impromptu debating.

BP debating consists of four teams of two competing against each other. There are two sides in the debate: Government and Opposition, both of which consists of an Opening and a Closing team. The goal in BP is not only to come up over your opposition, but also against the team on the same side as you.
